Your Customer Service Sucks!!!
My experience with A&E Services via Lowes:
so mom bought a washer and dryer set from Lowes. Who knew we’d have so many problems with them!
This final problem, or current i should say, is the door won’t lock. This causes the washer to not start at all.
The A&E repair guys are really nice. They show up, assess the damage, and either fix the problem or explain the situation. The drama doesn’t start until they leave and you’re stuck dealing with their customer care.
I work in customer care. I deal with shitty people all day long. but NEVER have I ever been rude to a customer. When agents take it upon themselves to be complete assholes to their clients, it’s time they found a different job.
today I sat on hold for a total of 23 minutes, waiting for a supervisor, and was then transfered back to the general queue. This last transfer made me snap. I explained to the rep who was lucky enough to be next in line that if I was placed on hold, I’d file every complaint online that I could, including their contracted company Lowes. I told him to stand up from his cubicle, and flag a supervisor down immdiately or i would raise hell online.
He placed me on hold.
I was then lucky enough to deal with Samantha. This poor supervisor hates her job. She listened to me while i explained the situation then i listened to her file and buff her claws down while she grumbled over it. I told her I wanted a legit explanation and the rep who dealt with my mom to be reprimanded for her cruel treatment over the phone I told her that I work in the industry and her rep would have been fired had I been her sup.
She apologized, took the time to explain their horrible policies and procedures regarding appointments and repairs and then stated she’d have the rep dealt with.
i hung up fully aware that’s not the case.
I’m half tempted to tell mom to return the set, get her thousands of dollars back, and buy through a private retailer. geez
see folks? this is what happens when your customer care is bad. your company could be giving away diamonds, but if the person you gotta call to get them is an asshole, no one would call. -
